On July 26th, 2012 myself (Jesse) and my friend Taylor are riding our bicycles from Sisters, Oregon to Bar Harbor, Maine. Our intended route is up Oregon through Washington, across Northern Idaho, Montana, down through Yellowstone National Park Wyoming, continue south to Vail, Colorado, then across to Bar Harbor Maine passing through states Kansas, Missouri, Illinons, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. We plan to clock in at just under 5,000 miles of riding in hopefully under 90 days. Or intended daily rides will range from 50 to 100 miles daily.
Departure day is just about a week ahead and I can not wait to get it going.
I will post updates and photos of our adventures, travels and encounters as often as I can from coffee shops, libraries ect..
